How can I pay?
By credit or debit card, or by SEPA Direct Debit from your business account. You choose whether to pay monthly or once a year.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue an invoice in your company's name for every payment. Italian companies receive it as an electronic invoice through the Exchange System (SdI), using the recipient code or certified email address entered in the dashboard.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the dashboard, with no penalties and no phone calls. The service stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically: to carry on, choose a plan from the dashboard. The mailboxes and credentials you have set up stay where they are.
What if I go over the included messages?
We let you know by email as you get close to the limit. You can add mailboxes, each bringing more messages, or move to a higher plan. Once the limit is reached, new messages are refused until the following month.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time from the dashboard. The difference is calculated in proportion to the days remaining.
